We founded RHINO Flues with one goal in mind: giving our customers a fair, rewarding and enjoyable shopping experience for a wide range of Flue Pipes & Accessories. We conduct business according to the same values, knowing that better service equals loyal customers. SHIPPING POLICY
How It Works
Whilst every effort will be made to deliver your order in a timely manner, we do not guarantee any delivery times. You agree that we will not be held responsible in any way for any charge incurred by yourselves in anticipation of delivery.
Any delivery times quoted on our site are for guidance purposes only, and are not a definitive delivery time.
You must inform us within two working days if the goods are lost or damaged in transit so that we can make a prompt claim against the delivery company and correct the problem. Please quote your order number in all correspondence.
You agree that proof of delivery supplied by our delivery company is sufficient evidence to establish that goods have been received.

Buyers from Northern Scotland and the Scottish Islands will need to contact us for a delivery quote before purchase. Delivery costs are based of total weights of orders and will be calculated at check out.
RETURNS
You Can Return Within 7 Days of Your Order:
Your rights to return goods are protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive. You are entitled to cancel your order and return the goods within 7 working days for a full refund, including the cost of delivery. Do this by contacting us by email or telephone and quoting the order number supplied to you.
Your refund will be paid within 30 days. All goods returned should be in the same condition as originally supplied. Goods should be unopened, and all packaging in perfect condition. You are responsible for the cost and risk of loss or damage when returning the goods, so you should take out enough postal insurance to cover their value.

WARRANTY DISCLAIMER
About Our Policy
All goods supplied by RHINO Flues come with a manufacturer's warranty of at least 12 months.
RHINO Flues shall provide the Buyer with such information as is required to claim under the manufacturer's warranties. In the event of a claim, the Buyer shall in the first instance contact RHINO Flues customer service department at: sales@rhinoflues.co.uk or Call: 01502 710037.
RHINO Flues does not provide any warranty cover against defects in his own right.
In any event and despite anything contained in these conditions, in no circumstances shall RHINO Flues be liable in contract, tort (including negligence or breach of statutory duties) or otherwise howsoever, and whatever the cause thereof, (i) for any increased costs or expenses (ii) for any loss of profit, business contracts, revenues or anticipated savings, or (iii) for any special indirect or consequential damage of any nature whatsoever.
OUR PRIVACY POLICY
Your Data is Secure
All personal details that you give us are securely stored. We do not supply or sell customers details to any outside organisation. We will endeavour to take all reasonable care, in so far as it is possible to do so, to keep all details of your order and payment secure, but, in the absence of negligence on our part we cannot be held liable for any loss you may suffer if a third party procures unauthorised access to any data you provide when accessing or ordering.
All credit and debit card details are encrypted using 128 bit encryption and sent over a secure server. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site. We do not store credit card details nor do we share financial details with any 3rd parties.
